Richard Morrissette
Richard was born in Rochester, New Hampshire. He earned a BA in economics & political science at the University of New Hampshire in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1984.
Rep. Morrissette has served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for District 92 from the 50th Legislature to the present.
As a representative he has served on the following committees:

- Judiciary & Civil Procedure
- State Government Operations.
